Dit is een onmiskenbaar waardevolle en “hoge” mousserende wijn waarvan slechts 300 flessen zijn gemaakt. In aromatische zin lijkt het er op dat er Champagne-gist gebruikt is waardoor er sprake is van aroma’s die meer aan chardonnay en pinot (incl. gris) doen denken: roostertonen, hop en noten (amandel en hazel).
 
De smaakvolle wijnzuren lijken zo uit het beste Riesling-sap te vloeien. Model-balans en een prachtige smaakvoortzetting met nobele en uiterst subtiele bitterheid en mineraliteit in de breed uitwaaierende finale en een waarlijk indrukwekkende lengte: de totaalimpressie blijft zeer lang na het uit de mond verdwijnen integraal aanwezig. Niveau “grote wijn” .

This in an undeniably valuable and “high” sparkling wine from which only 300 bottles have been produced. In an aromatic sense it seems that champagne yeast has been used, resulting in aromas that are more reminiscent of chardonnay and pinot (including gris): toast notes, hops and nuts (almond and hazelnut).

The tasteful wine acids seem to flow straight from the best Riesling juice. Model balance and a beautiful taste continuation with noble and extremely subtle bitterness and minerality in the varietal fanning finale and a truly deep length: the overall impression remains integrally present very long after it has disappeared from the mouth. Level “great wine”.
